So Many Stories In New York Photos

New York photos tell stories about life in New York City. It may be the image of a policeman on a horse, the tourists marveling at the Statue Of Liberty or the homeless man pushing his cart among the living hordes marching to work every day, living their dull lives and surviving day by day.

These are the kind of images you can see when you look at New York photos. These images are better than a movie, because when you are watching a movie, if you are distracted you may miss the most important part of the movie. An image frozen in time is an image that can stay there forever, it will not move.

When I walk the streets of New York with camera in hand, I look for candid images I can take, including images of tourists, people going to work and living the daily grind. I also like to tell a story with the image. This man is happy with his life. This other man here is crying on the steps of the bank. Has he been knocked back for a loan? Or kicked out of his home because he cannot make the loan payments? He may even be a victim of the economic crisis and has lost his bank job.

There are so many people living in New York city, you will see an opportunity to capture an image every time you step out the door. You may see children playing in the park, teenagers playing basketball and even sad sack singing the blues on a street corner.

There are always so many stories in New York photos.
