Movie clips have been quite popular for years. They contain a small grab from a movie to attract an audience to see a new movie at a movie theatre near you or a movie that is to be shown on TV, or available for purchase on DVD.

Movie clips can be for movies that are only available online, or prior to ordering a DVD you can view a clip from a movie, to decide if you wish to purchase the DVD.

Most movie clips are an announcement for a movie i.e. it is an advertisement for a soon to be released movie or a movie currently showing. The movie clip is short, usually one minute or less. A lot of these clips are also available online at online DVD stores or dedicated movie sites.
